« Inspired by our daughters, this cuvée is from young vines planted on terroir sandy and clay
which gives soft tanins and fruity flavors»


Grape-varieties :      50 % Grenache, 30 % Syrah and 20% Mourvèdre.
 
 
Terroir :                  Sandy and clay.
                                    Exposure south, and south-west.
                                     Altitude 300 m.
                                     Mediterranean climate.
 
 
Vineyard :             Pruning method : Royat cordon
                                       
 
 
Harvested by hand : Sorting out of bunches in the parcel, carefully carriage to the winery.
 
 
Vinification :         Soft extraction to revels the fruit
                                    Destemming, daily pumping-over.
                                    Fermenting during 8-15 days.
                                  
 
Tasting :                A ruby red color, soft tannins, freshness and fruity.
